She told us why the Glass House met a lot to her. If you listen to the lyrics of "Voice on the Radio," it's about her 'falling in love' (really had a crush!) on a frontman of some band she saw at the Glass House. After the show, she wrote that song.. and that's how it came to life. So the venue meant a lot to her!
After her show, I was able to chat with her for a bit and she signed my cd and ticket stubs. Sigh. She's amazing. She really loves her fans and stayed to meet each and every one of us. I can't wait to go to another one of her concerts! She's doing a tour with two other bands. For concert updates, check out her Myspace page.
The other day, our family treated us out for floating sushi. I've heard of these, but never went to one until this one.
We went to Nara Park today and fed the deer. There were soooooo many. I took this video that I thought was cute. Everyone watching the boy and deer were laughing so much!
Here's how they make those yummy red bean treats. This was from Asakusa Market Place in Japan.
This is how a food ticket machine works in Japan. :) We ordered curry katsu chicken and beef curry.
I was going through the videos I took on my second day in Japan, and found two more good videos. Everything looks so fresh! :D
Here we are at a beautiful temple.
